48V电池继电器和熔断器的选型及验证

Selection and Verification of Relays and Fuses for 48 V Batteries

摘要 为了研究制定动力电池继电器和熔断器的选型策略,基于新能源汽车直流继电器和熔断器的结构和功能介绍,通过对48 V系统的典型工况分析计算得到动力电池线路负载,结合线路负载信息制定了继电器和熔断器的选型要求。对继电器和熔断器进行选型匹配后通过设计典型失效工况试验验证了该选型方法的有效性,为动力电池继电器和熔断器匹配选型及验证提供参考。 With the goal of developing a selection strategy for power battery relays and fuses,this paper presents an overview of the structure and functions of direct current(DC)relays and fuses.By analyzing and calculating typical working conditions of the 48 V system,the load on the power battery circuit was determined.With this load data,criteria for the selection of relays and fuses were formulated.After the matching process,the effectiveness of the selection approach was validated through designed failure mode tests.This research serves as a guideline for the matching,selection,and validation of relays and fuses in power battery systems.
