摘要
以某多轴复合精密数控机床样机的进给系统为研究对象,基于对进给系统结合部等效刚度阻尼计算和进给系统热边界条件计算,在ANSYS Workbench中建立了进给系统热-结构耦合场有限元模型,对其进行静力学分析、模态分析以及谐响应分析,得到了进给系统的静态特性、固有频率以及振动特性,最后对其薄弱环节进行分析并提出改进意见。
This work focuses on the feeding system of a multi-axis compound precision CNC machine tool.Based on the calculation of the equivalent stiffness and damping of the joints,and the thermal boundary conditions of the feeding system,a thermal-structure coupling model of the feeding system is established in ANSYS Workbench.Static analysis,modal analysis,and harmonic responsive analysis of the feeding system are carried out,corresponding results in terms of the static characteristics,natural frequency,and vibration characteristics of the feeding system are obtained.Improvement of the feeding system have been raised up according to these numerical results.
