基于多刚体模型的某客车侧翻关键结构灵敏度分析 被引量:1

摘要 以国内某款客车车身为研究对象,建立侧翻的有限元模型与试验对标,建立多刚体模型并与有限元模型对标,验证模型的准确性。基于有限元模型,找到侧翻的关键结构;基于多刚体模型,对侧翻关键结构相关参数进行修改,通过蒙特卡洛模拟对设计变量进行灵敏性分析,创建各设计变量对侧翻最大侵入量响应的贡献率分布图,得到A柱的贡献率最高。多刚体模型的运用,大大减少了计算工作量,提高计算效率;关键结构的灵敏度分析为侧翻优化提供了参考。 To study the body structure of a domestic bus,finite element model on the lateral rollover of the vehicle and corresponding test benchmarks were established.The multi-rigid body model was built and compared with the finite element model to validate the simulation.Based on the finite element model,the key structure of in preventing lateral rollover has been located.The relevant parameters of the key structure on the multi-rigid body model that can prevent lateral rollover are modified.The sensitivity of the design variables is analyzed by Monte Carlo simulation,and the maximum intrusion of each design variable is created.The contribution rate distribution of the response yields the highest contribution rate of the A-pillar.The application of multi-rigid body model greatly reduces the workload,computational consumption,and significantly improves the analyzing efficiency;The sensitivity analysis of key structures provides a guideline for optimization of the body structure that aiming to prevent lateral rollover.
