京唐2230 mm连退线薄规格铝镇静钢斜纹缺陷的消除 被引量:1

Twill defect elimination of thin gauge Al-killed steel strip in Jingtang 2 230 mm continuous annealing line

摘要 针对首钢京唐公司2230 mm连退线生产1.2 mm以下薄规格铝镇静钢带钢表面斜纹缺陷严重的问题,利用一级PDA数据分析与有限元模型计算相结合的方法,研究了斜纹产生的机理,即薄规格铝镇静钢平整时采用了较大的延伸率与轧制力。这是由于薄规格铝镇静钢平整需采用较大的平整延伸率和轧制力以消除屈服平台;同时,有限元计算发现平整机下支撑辊单独传动方式能够导致薄规格铝镇静钢平整延伸率较大。为此,采用了提高平整机前后张力、降低平整延伸率、提高平整液浓度和流量、降低平整机速度的措施,成功消除了薄规格铝镇静钢带钢表面斜纹缺陷,显著提升了产品质量和经济效益。 In view of the serious problem of twill defect on the surface of Al-killed steel strips with 1.2 mm thickness or below produced by the 2230 mm continuous annealing line of Shougang Jingtang Company,the combination of the first-level PDA data analysis and the finite element model calculation was used to study the twill defect generation mechanism,i.e.,the tempering used a large elongation and rolling force for thin gauge Al-killed steel strip.This is because the thin gauge Al-killed steel needs large temper elongation rate and rolling force to eliminate the yielding platform.At the same time,the finite element calculation results show that the separate driving mode of the bellow backup roll of the temper machine can lead to the large temper elongation rate.Therefore,some measures of increasing the tension forward and backward tensions of temper mill,reducing the temper elongation rate,increasing the concentration and flow rate of the temper solution,and reducing the speed of the temper mill had been applied,and the twill defects on the surface of the thin gauge Al-killed steel strip had been successfully eliminated,which significantly improved the product quality and economic benefits.
