摘要
随着数字信息技术的应用和普及,数字化转型为供应链企业的协同创新提供了重要技术支撑。近年来供应链企业在数字化多元探索、协同创新效能提升以及利用数字技术推动协同创新等方面取得了卓越成效。但是在以数字化转型推动协同创新的过程中,供应链企业受制于数字化转型程度不平衡不充分、缺乏信任体系、跨产业跨区域嵌入不足以及供应链缺乏稳定性等障碍,无法充分释放协同优势。应从弥补供应链企业数字鸿沟、完善供应链体系信任机制和共享机制、加快供应链全链条协同管理升级以及强化供应链韧性和弹性等方面进一步优化供应链企业协同创新机制,充分释放数字化转型对供应链企业协同创新产生的红利,提升我国供应链体系的竞争优势。
With the application and popularization of digital information technology,digital transformation provides crucial technological support for collaborative innovation in supply chain enterprises.In recent years,remarkable achievements have been made by supply chain enterprises in terms of diversified exploration of digitalization,enhancement of collaborative innovation effectiveness,and utilization of digital technology to promote collaborative innovation.However,during the process of driving collaborative innovation through digital transformation,supply chain enterprises face obstacles such as uneven and insufficient level of digital transformation,lack of trust systems,insufficient cross-industry and cross-regional integration,and lack of stability in the supply chain,which hinder the full exploitation of collaborative advantages.To fully unleash the benefits of digital transformation on collaborative innovation in supply chain enterprises and enhance the competitive advantage of China's supply chain system,it is necessary to address issues such as bridging the digital divide in supply chain enterprises,improving trust mechanisms and sharing mechanisms in the supply chain system,accelerating the upgrading of collaborative management along the entire supply chain,and strengthening the resilience and flexibility of the supply chain.
