摘要
明之黄芪汤原名神效黄芪汤,由蔓荆子、陈皮、人参、炙甘草、白芍、黄芪六味药材组成,出自金元时期李东垣所著的《兰室秘藏》。本文通过对明之黄芪汤的处方来源、古代医籍记载、传播历史、应用经验和评价的考证来了解明之黄芪汤的应用历史;根据肌痹功能主治、临床应用的发挥和变化、方剂的加减与剂量来明确明之黄芪汤的从古至今的临床应用;最后,梳理归纳了明之黄芪汤的现代应用概况、特点和评价,以期为明之黄芪汤的进一步研究提供依据。
Mingzhi Huangqi decoction,originally named Shenxiao Huangqi decoction,is composed of Manjingzi(蔓荆子),Chenpi(陈皮),Renshen(人参),Zhigancao(炙甘草),Baishao(白芍),and Huangqi(黄芪).This prescription is first recorded in the Secret Book of the Orchid Chamber(Lanshi Mizang)written by Li Dongyuan in the Jin and Yuan dynasties.This paper aims to reveal the application history of Mingzhi Huangqi decoction through textual research on the prescription source,ancient medical records,dissemination history,application experience,and evaluation.The clinical application of Mingzhi Huangqi decoction from ancient times to present was clarified from the indications,changes of clinical application,prescription modification,and administration dosage.Finally,we summarized the general situation,characteristics,and evaluation of modern application of Mingzhi Huangqi decoction,aiming to provide a scientific basis for further research on this prescription.
