摘要
目的:基于血热出血临床病症特点,对现有的血热出血动物模型进行归纳分析。方法:通过查阅血热出血的相关文献,整理分析血热出血的中西医诊断标准和特点,总结血热出血动物模型的造模方法与模型特点,分析其优缺点及中西医临床病症吻合度及优缺点。结果:现有血热出血动物模型在一定程度上反映出血热出血致病机制。结论:现有的动物模型与西医的病因病机较符合,但模型的致病因素太过单一,不能完全复制血热出血的发病机制,模型症状也与临床有差距,没有与中医病机相联系,没有体现中医证候,实验中缺少对模型一般观察状态的描述。本文基于模型的特点、造模方法、临床相关症状及优缺点做一综述,为日后进一步研究血热出血的防治提供可靠的动物模型。
Objective:Based on the characteristics of clinical symptoms,to summarize and analyze the existing animal models of hemorrhage induced by Xuere(血热).Methods:By reviewing the related literature,the diagnostic criteria and characteristics of Xuere(血热)and hemorrhage were sorted out and analyzed in Chinese and Western medicine,then the establishment methods of models and the model characteristics were summarized,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,as well as their similarity in Chinese and Western medicine clinical symptoms.Conclusions:The existing animal models are more similarity in the etiology and pathogenesis in Western medicine,but the pathogenic factors induced the model are too single to fully replicate the pathogenesis of Xuere(血热)and hemorrhage.The symptoms of the model are also different from the clinical symptoms and are not related to the pathogenesis of TCM.In the experiments,there were no descriptions of the general states of animal models.This article summarized the characteristics of the models,the establishment methods,the clinical related symptoms,the advantages and disadvantages,in order to provide a reliable animal model for further research on the prevention and treatment of Xuere(血热)induced hemorrhage.
