摘要
随着中国大力推进"健康中国"战略和"二孩时代"的到来,如何提高女性生殖健康水平成为广大医务工作者共同关心的问题。抗缪勒管激素(anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)在女性大多由卵巢窦前及小窦卵泡的颗粒细胞合成并释放,血液中AMH体现了连续的非循环小卵泡的生长,从而体现卵巢原始卵泡池的状态,是预测女性卵巢功能和储备能力高效和灵敏的指标。许多研究表明AMH作为一个临床生物标志物,有助于提高不孕不育治疗的管理,规划妊娠、更年期预测,监测卵巢损伤和检测卵巢相关疾病如多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)、卵巢早衰(Premature ovarian failure,POF)等,对女性生殖保健的临床指导意义日趋明显。
With China vigorously promoting the"healthy China"strategy and the arrival of the"two-child era",how to improve the level of female reproductive health has become a common concern of medical workers.the anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)is mainly synthesized and secreted by granulosa cells of female anterior and sinus-like follicles.the level of AMH in the blood reflects the growth of continuous non-circulating small follicles,thus reflecting the state of the ovarian primordial follicle pool.it is an efficient and sensitive indicator assess female ovarian function and reserve capacity.A number of studies have shown that AMH as a clinical organism markers,which can help to improve the management of infertility treatment,plan pregnancy,menopause prediction,monitor ovarian injury and detect ovarian related diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS),premature ovarian failure(Premature ovarian failure,POF),etc.,the clinical guiding significance of female reproductive health care is becoming more and more obvious.
