重组人促红细胞生成素对极低出生体重儿神经损伤因子及听觉诱发电位的影响观察 被引量:1

Effect of recombinant human erythropoietin on nerve injury factor and auditory evoked potential in very low birth weight infants

摘要 目的分析重组人促红细胞生成素(Recombinant Human Erythropoietin,rhEPO)对极低出生体重新生儿神经损伤因子髓鞘碱性蛋白(myelin basic protein,MBP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)及S-100β蛋白、听觉诱发电位的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年2月~2019年10月我院收治的极低出生体重儿84例临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组36例(常规治疗)与观察组48例(在对照组治疗基础上加用rhEPO)。分析对比两组新生儿治疗前后智力发育检测量表评分与神经损伤因子NSE、MBP、S-100β表达、听觉诱发电位变化情况,同时对不良反应发生情况进行记录。结果观察组、对照组治疗后MDI、PDI评分显著高于治疗前,治疗后观察组MDI、PDI评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后上述指标显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组神经功能因子NSE、MBP、S-100β蛋白指标显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后、潜伏期、峰间期各参数指标显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组潜伏期、峰间期各参数指标显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论rhEPO对极低出生体重儿具有促进其智力发育,保护神经细胞与听觉神经通路的作用,且具有较高安全性。 Objective:To analyze the effects of recombinant human erythropoietin(rhEPO)on the nerve damage factor myelin basic protein(MBP)and neuron-specific enolase(neuron-specific enolase)of very low birth weight newborns NSE)and the influence of S-100βprotein and auditory evoked potential.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 84 cases of very low birth weight infants admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2019.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into 36 cases in the control group(conventional treatment)and 48 cases in the observation group(in the control group).Add rhEPO on the basis of treatment).Analyze and compare the scores of the intelligence development test scale,the expression of nerve damage factors NSE,MBP,S-100β,and the changes of auditory evoked potentials before and after treatment in the two groups of newborns.At the same time,the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results:The MDI and PDI scores of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and the MDI and PDI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the above indicators of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the NSE,MBP,and S-100βprotein indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parameters of the observation group after treatment,the incubation period,and the peak interval were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the parameters of the incubation period and the peak interval in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups of children.Consequence rhEPO can promote the intellectual development of very low birth weight infants,protect nerve cells and auditory nerve pathways,and has high safety.
