摘要
听力障碍指的是各种原因导致的听觉困难,听不到或听不清周围环境及言语声。一般可分为传导性听力障碍、感音神经性听力障碍和混合性听力障碍。儿童正处于听觉、言语和语言发展的关键时期,听力障碍在一定程度上会损害儿童的言语、语言功能,影响儿童的认知、情感、个性形成和社会性发展。本文主要检索了2015—2020年国内外听障儿童言语语言康复的相关文献,分析了听障儿童言语语言的评估和治疗方法,发现根据听障儿童的临床表现,治疗可从构音、嗓音、语畅和代偿方式入手。与此同时,多学科团队合作、早期干预、持续康复和家庭参与的康复模式对听障儿童的预后也非常重要。当然,临床上我们需要结合患儿的具体问题具体分析,创建具有中国特色、汉语特色的听障儿童言语语言介入计划。
Hearing loss refers to hearing difficulties resulted from a variety of factors,with inability to capture or hear environmental sounds or speech sounds clearly.Hearing loss can be subdivided into conductive hearing loss,sensorineural hearing loss and mixed hearing loss.Hearing loss in the critical period of auditory,speech and language development as childhood is detrimental to the speech and language capability of children to a certain extent,further deteriorating their cognition,emotion,personality formation and social development.Domestic and foreign literatures related to speech and language rehabilitation for children with hearing,published between 2015 and 2020,were studied in the present paper,by analyzing the assessment and therapy methods for the speech and language performance of children with hearing loss,this paper found that,(1)articulation,voicing,language fluency and compensatory mode can be selected for treatment according to the individual clinical manifestation.(2)the rehabilitation models composed by multidisciplinary cooperation,early intervention,continuous rehabilitation and family participation are of great significance for their prognosis.Last but not least,in clinical practice,case studies are needed to analyze the specific problem of children with hearing loss,through which the speech and language intervention plan of Chinese characteristics can be expected to devise for the group.
