摘要
目的:分析总结王垂杰教授治疗功能性腹泻的用药规律。方法:收集整理王垂杰教授治疗功能性腹泻的医案,输入医案云平台的数据分析池建立用药数据库,并运用古今医案云平台系统(V2.2.1)对所选处方进行各项统计分析用药频次、四气五味、归经、关联规则、聚类,复杂网络。结果:共纳入门诊病历100份;提取出处方100份;总用药频次为1378次;共使用109味药;7味核心药物。其中用药最多为补益类药物;药物归经分布多为脾、肺、胃、心、肝;四气分布主要为温、平、微寒、寒等;五味分布主要为辛、甘、苦等。经关联分析发现药物配伍有14对;经聚类分析后有3组常用药物;经复杂网络分析有7味药物形成大体框架。结论:王垂杰教授辨证论治功能性腹泻以脾肺为本,所采用的药物以健脾利湿药、理气和胃药为主。
Objective:To summarize the medication rules of Professor WANG Chuijie in the treatment of functional diarrhea.Methods:The medical records of Professor WANG Chuijie in the treatment of functional diarrhea were collected and sorted,input into the data analysis pool of the medical record cloud platform to establish a medication database,and the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform system(V2.1)was applied to analyze Four Qi and five favors(四气五味),channeling,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,complex network.Results:A total of 100 outpatient medical records were included,and 100 prescriptions were extracted.The total frequency of medication was 1378.A total of 109 herbs and 7 core medicines were used.Lung,stomach,heart,liver and other meridians,the distribution of four Qi is mainly warm,fat,slightly cold,cold,etc.,and the distribution of five favors is mainly pungent,sweet,bitter and so on.After correlation analysis,14 pairs of drugs were found to be compatible.After cluster analysis,there were 3 groups of commonly used drugs.After complex network analysis,there are 7 drugs to form a general framework.Conclusion:Professor WANG Chuijie’s treatment of functional diarrhea is based on the spleen and lung,and the drugs used are mainly spleen-invigorating and damp-damping drugs,Qi-regulating and stomach drugs,and the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation.
