高质量发展视域下高职学生心理资本积极支持系统构建

On the Construction of Positive Support System for Psychological Capital among Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of High-quality Development

摘要 在高职教育高质量发展视域下,高职学生心理健康教育问题应引起高度重视。心理资本培育是提升高职学生内在竞争优势的关键,有助于实现职业教育高质量发展的目标。对浙江省宁波市6所高职院校2858名在校学生开展的积极心理资本现状调查发现,高职学生心理资本总体状况为中等偏上,男生心理资本水平高于女生;家庭情况差异影响学生个体心理资本积累,独生子女、非单亲家庭、大城市生源、家庭民主型教养方式、家庭经济状况好的高职学生心理资本水平较高;在校经历差异影响学生个体心理资本积累,担任学生干部、获得过奖学金或各类荣誉、成绩好、人际关系好的高职学生心理资本水平较高。基于此,从社会层面构建积极外部机制支持、高职院校层面改革人才培养路径推动教育支持和高职学生层面激发内生需求提升自我成才动力三个方面,提出高职学生心理资本的积极支持系统构建的对策建议。 In the context of high-quality development in higher vocational education,the issue of psychological health education among higher vocational college students should be highly emphasized.The cultivation of psychological capital is crucial in enhancing the intrinsic competitive advantage of higher vocational college students,contributing to the achievement of the goal of high-quality development in vocational education.A survey conducted among 2,858 students from six higher vocational colleges in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province revealed that the overall status of psychological capital among higher vocational college students is slightly above average,with male students having higher levels than female students.Differences in family situations influence the accumulation of individual psychological capital,with onlychild status,non-single-parent families,urban origins,democratic family upbringing,and favorable family economic conditions associated with higher levels of psychological capital among higher vocational college students.Differences in on-campus experiences also impact the accumulation of individual psychological capital,with students who have served as student cadres,received scholarships or various honors,achieved good academic performance,and maintained positive interpersonal relationships showing higher levels of psychological capital.Based on these findings,strategic suggestions for the construction of a positive support system for psychological capital among higher vocational college students are proposed,covering the establishment of positive external mechanisms at the societal level,reforms in talent development pathways at the institutional level,and the encouragement of intrinsic needs at the individual level to enhance self-motivation for personal development.
