摘要
利用在线学习者画像模型,从一般特征、心理特征、行为特征和习得表现四个维度对高职院校在线学习者给予精准画像分析。研究发现,高职院校在线学习者的学习动机、自我效能感、学习策略、资源访问、交互协作等要素是影响课程综合成绩的重要因素。因此,高职院校需要正确疏导学习者的学习心理,激发学习者自我效能感,引导学习者综合应用多种学习策略,加强线上学习行为调控,提高线上教学资源质量等,以提升高职院校学生的线上学习效果。
Use online learners portrait model,from the general characteristics,psychological characteristics,behavior characteristics and acquisition performance to analyze the comprehensive.The study found that learning motivation,self-efficacy,learning strategy,and access to resources are the important factors of affecting curriculum comprehensive performance.Therefore,higher education colleges need to correctly channel learners’learning psychology,stimulate learners’self-efficacy,guide learners to apply a variety of learning strategies,strengthen online learning behavior regulation,and improve the quality of online teaching resources,etc.,in order to enhance the online learning effect of students in higher vocational colleges.
