教育评价改革引领职业教育高质量发展的逻辑理路与实践向度 被引量:16

The Logic and Practical Direction of Education Evaluation Reform Leading the High-quality Development of Vocational Education

摘要 职业教育评价事关职业教育发展的方向,是增强职业教育适应性、引领职业教育高质量发展、加强职业院校人才供给与社会发展需求匹配的必然。职业教育评价改革既能满足个体全面发展的需要,又能满足社会发展的现实诉求。但在职业教育评价改革整体推进的过程中仍存在职教高考制度不完善,缺乏起点入学机会的评价;学校评价体系少特色,缺乏学习过程平等的评价;用人环境导向难扭转,缺乏学习结果公平的评价等问题。因此,需要完善职教高考制度,建立起点入学机会的评价机制;加强职校分类评价,推动学习过程平等的评价改革;改善用人评价环境,促进学习结果公平的评价氛围。 Vocational education evaluation is related to the direction of vocational education development. It is inevitable to enhance the adaptability of vocational education, lead the high-quality development of vocational education, and strengthen the supply of talents in vocational colleges and universities to match the needs of social development. Vocational education evaluation reform can not only meet the needs of all-round development of individuals, but also meet the practical demands of social development. However, in the process of the overall promotion of the evaluation reform of vocational education, there is still an imperfect evaluation of the vocational education college entrance examination system and a lack of starting point admission opportunities;the school evaluation system has few characteristics and lacks evaluation of the equal learning process;the employment environment orientation is difficult to reverse, and there is a lack of evaluation of fair learning results. Therefore, we will improve the vocational education college entrance examination system and establish an evaluation mechanism for entry opportunities from the starting point;strengthen the classified evaluation of vocational schools and promote the evaluation reform of the equal learning process;improve the employment evaluation environment and promote the evaluation atmosphere of fair learning results.
