摘要
对殷商职业技术教育进行发生学探讨,有利于在文化发生期探寻我国职业技术教育的逻辑起点,有助于在后疫情时代中国梦复兴的特殊语境中建构中国特色现代职业教育理论体系。以出土文献为中心分析殷商职业技术教育的动态生成过程发现:其发生前提是社会分工、职业固化、职官体系的生成与深化;发生要素是职业性"教"与"学"概念,受教育者、教育者和教育管理者,氏族家传的非学校教育模式的形成与发展;发生体系包括农业、手工业、技术职官职业技术教育。
The study of Phylogenetics on vocational and technical education of the Yinshang Dynasty helps to explore the logical starting point from the occurring period of culture,thus contributing to construct a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics in the special context of Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the post-pandemic era.Based on the unearthed literature,the paper analyzes the dynamic process of vocational and technical education of the Yinshang Dynasty.The paper finds out that the existence of vocational and technical education of the Yinshang Dynasty is the result of emergence and deepening of social division,fixed career and official system.Its development elements are"teaching"and"learning"on vocational level,educatees,educators and education administrators,the development of hereditary non-schooling teaching mode;its production system includes agriculture,the artisanal industry,vocational and technical education of professional officials.
