摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的推进,乡村建设对既有理论知识又有实践能力的应用型人才的需求增长迅速。广大乡村不仅是地方职业院校的主要生源地,也是职业院校人才服务和就业的摇篮。在当前贵州围绕在乡村振兴背景下开新局、主抓“旅游产业化”“农业现代化”等重大机遇期,民族地区旅游人才培养在乡村振兴中应大有作为。文章分析了乡村振兴背景下旅游人才需求、旅游职教人才供给衔接问题,探讨了民族地区高职院校旅游复合型人才有效输出与培养路径。
With the promotion of rural revitalization strategy,the demand for applied talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical ability in rural construction grows rapidly.The vast countryside is not only the main source of students for local vocational colleges,but also the cradle of vocational colleges’talent service and employment.At present,Guizhou is opening a new bureau under the background of rural revitalization,focusing on“tourism industrialization”and“agricultural modernization”and other major opportunities,and the training of tourism talents in ethnic minority areas should play a great role in rural revitalization.This paper analyzes the demand for tourism talents and the connection between the supply of tourism vocational education talents under the background of rural revitalization,and probes into the effective output and training path of tourism compound talents in higher vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas.
