摘要
新时代旅游人才培养应顺应旅游产业数字化转型和旅游新业态发展趋势。专创融合发展是高职旅游专业教学改革破解现实困境的有效手段。高职旅游专业专创融合需把握好时代机遇,以产教双向融合理念重构并融合教育逻辑与产业逻辑,以大师工作室为引领,通过组建校企双元师资团队、搭建创新创业生产性实训平台、形成产学双用的工作室教学模式,实施赛教结合、产教融合的创新创业指导策略,培养文旅融合型、智慧型、复合型人才。
The cultivation of tourism talents in the new era should comply with the digital transformation of tourism industry and the development trend of new tourism formats.The development of the integration of specialty education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an effective means to solve the practical dilemma in the teaching reform of tourism specialty in higher vocational colleges.The integration of specialty education and innovation and entrepreneurship education for higher vocational tourism specialty needs to grasp the opportunities of the times,to reconstruct and integrate the educational logic and industrial logic with the concept of integration of industry and education.It can also take the master studio as the guide,to establish a dual teacher team of schools and enterprises;to build a productive training platform for innovation and entrepreneurship;to form a studio teaching mode of industry and learning and implement the innovation and entrepreneurship guidance strategy of the combination of competition and education and the integration of industry and education,so as to cultivate the culture and tourism integrated,intelligent and compound talents.
