摘要
目的了解苏州市9个地区273家企业噪声危害的现状,规范企业有效开展噪声危害的管理工作,预防苏州市企业接触噪声人员听力损伤的发生。方法自2019年8月起对工业企业进行现场调查,对工作场所职业病危害因素监测系统进行整理,分析系统内各辖区的企业的噪声危害状况。结果273家工业企业噪声检测率59.71%,重点行业检测率75.81%,非重点行业检测率46.31%。94家重点行业企业平均每家检测4.39个点数,超85 dB(A)点数构成比平均为43.34%,噪声强度中位数为84.07 dB(A),噪声测量值范围为55.03~117.40 dB(A),P25为80.34dB(A),P75为88.94dB(A)。69家非重点行业企业平均每家检测4.23个点数,超85 dB(A)点数构成比平均为31.16%,噪声强度中位数为82.52 dB(A),噪声测量值范围为53.23~98.43 dB(A),噪声强度P25为79.80 dB(A),P75为86.17 dB(A)。重点行业接触噪声职业健康检查率95.44%,复查完成率81.65%,检查异常率2.52%。非重点行业接触噪声职业健康检查率74.77%,复查完成率90.57%,检查异常率3.12%。结论苏州市工业企业噪声危害状况不容乐观,应对噪声危害予以足够重视,提高噪声职业危害检测率、噪声接触劳动人员的职业健康监护率和噪声职业危害宣传教育力度,采用有效的隔音降噪措施和配备耳塞、耳罩等防噪个体防护用品,保护劳动者的职业健康。
Objective To understand the current situation of noise hazards in 273 enterprises in nine areas of Suzhou City,standardize the effective management of noise hazard in enterprises,and prevent the occurrence of hearing impairment in workers exposed to noise in enterprises of Suzhou City.Methods On-site investigation was conducted on industrial enterprises since August 2018.The monitoring system of occupational hazards in the workplace was sorted out,and the noise hazard status of enterprises in each jurisdiction of the system was analyzed.Results The noise detection rate of 273 industrial enterprises was59.71%,and that of key industries and non-key industries was 75.81%and 46.31%respectively.Among 94 enterprises in key industries,4.39 points were tested in each enterprise on average,and the proportion of points exceeding 85 dB(A)was 43.34%on average.The median noise intensity was 84.07 dB(A),the range of noise measurement value was 55.03-117.40 dB(A),with P25 and P75 of80.34 and 88.94 dB(A).Among 69 enterprises in non-key industries,4.23 points were tested in each enterprise on average,and the pr o portion of points exceeding 85 dB(A)was 31.16%on average.The median noise intensity was 82.52 dB(A),the range of noise measurement value was 53.23-98.43 dB(A),with P25 and P75 of 79.80 and 86.17 dB(A).The rate of occupational health examination in workers exposed to noise in key industries was 95.44%,the rate of reexamination was 81.65%,and the abnormal rate of examination was 2.52%.The rate of occupational health examination in workers exposed to noise in key industries was74.77%,the rate of reexamination was 90.57%,and the abnormal rate of examination was 3.12%.Conclusion The noise hazards status of industrial enterprises in Suzhou City is not optimistic.It is necessary to pay enough attention to noise hazards,improve the detection rate of noise occupational hazards,the occupational health monitoring rate of workers exposed to noise,and the publicity and education of occupational noise hazards,and adopt effective sound insulation and noise reduction measures and equip with ear plugs,earmuffs and other personal protective equipment,to protect the occupational health of workers.
