鄂东地区医学检验人员职业倦怠现状及其心理干预效果调查 被引量:4

Investigation on status quo of job burnout and effect of psychological intervention in laboratorians in eastern Hubei Province

摘要 目的调查鄂东地区医学检验人员职业倦怠现状,并观察心理干预的应用效果。方法于2018年3—8月选取鄂东地区120名医学检验人员,采用马斯勒倦怠量表-服务行业版(MBI-HSS)对其职业倦怠情况进行调查,并观察心理干预(巴林特小组活动)的效果。结果120名医学检验人员MBI-HSS量表中情感衰竭得分为24.67±8.27,去个性化得分为8.98±3.18,个人成就感得分为33.04±10.02,均处于中度水平。与二级医院相比,三级医院情感衰竭及去人性化水平均增高(t=2.402、3.480,均P<0.05)。实施心理干预后,医学检验人员心理资本问卷(PCQ-R)中自我效能、希望、抗挫折及乐观等维度评分较干预前均升高(t=20.904、9.800、15.948、3.909,均P<0.01)。实施心理干预后,医学检验人员MBI-HSS量表中情绪衰竭及去人性化评分较干预前均降低(t=9.887、11.306,均P<0.01),个人成就感评分较干预前增高(t=2.582,P<0.01)。结论鄂东地区医学检验人员职业倦怠处于较高水平。通过心理干预可提升医学检验人员心理资本,从而有效缓解其职业倦怠。 Objective To investigate the status quo of job burnout in laboratorians in eastern Hubei Province and observe the application effect of psychological intervention.Methods Totally 120 laboratorians were selected during the period from March to August 2018,and the status of job burnout was investigated by the Maser Burnout Scale-Service Industry Edition(MBI-HSS).Effects of psychological intervention(Balint Group activities)were observed.Results Of the 120 laboratorians,the emoti onal exhaustion score,deindividuation score and the the individual achievement score in the MBI-HSS scale were respectively 24.67±8.27,8.98±3.18 and 33.04±10.02,all of them were at a moderate level.Compared with the secondary hospitals,the emotional exhaustion and dehumanization of the tertiary hospitals were significantly increas ed(t=2.402,3.480,both P<0.05).After the implementation of psychological intervention,the scores of self-efficacy,hope,anti-frustration and optimism on the psychological capital questionnaire(PCQ-R)in laboratorians were significantly higher than those before the intervention(t=20.904,9.800,15.948,3.99,all P<0.01).After the implementation of psychological intervention,the scores of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization on the MBI-HSS scale in laboratorians were significantly lower than those before the interventio n(t=9.887,11.306,both P<0.01),the individual achievement score was significantly higher than that before the intervention(t=2.582,P<0.01).Conclusion The job burnout of laboratorians in eastern Hubei Province is at a high level.By psychological intervention,the psychological capital of laboratorians can be improved,thus effectively alleviating their job burnout.
