摘要
目的:对金缕半枫荷根甲醇部位的化学成分进行研究。方法:金缕半枫荷根用65%乙醇回流提取,提取液减压浓缩,经D101大孔吸附树脂富集,甲醇洗脱,得到浸膏。浸膏应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱分离得到16个化合物,并根据其理化性质和波谱分析解析化合物结构。结果:从金缕半枫荷根甲醇洗脱部位中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为:白桦酸(1)、moronic aldehyde(2)、2,6-二甲氧基-1,4-苯醌(3)、(-)-3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(5)、丁香酸-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(6)、橙皮苷(7)、羟异栀子苷(8)、(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)、lyoniside(10)、鞣花酸-3,3′-二甲醚-4-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(11)、鞣花酸-3,3′-二甲醚-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、3,4,5-三甲醚-苯基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13)、反式白藜芦醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(14)、3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-6-O-syringoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(15)、3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-(6′-O-galloyl)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16)。结论:化合物1~16均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from methanol extracts of Semiliquidambar cathayensis.Methods:The roots of Semiliquidambar cathayensis were extracted with 65%ethanol for reflux and the extract was evaporated.Then the extract was enrichment with methanol by D101 macroreticular resin column chromatography and isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography to obtain 16 compounds.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from the methanol extracts of the roots of Semiliquidambar cathayensis and identified as betulinic acid(1),moronic aldehyde(2),2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone(3),(-)-3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy-phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(5),syringoic acid-β-D-glucopyranoid ester(6),aurantiamarin(7),gardenoside(8),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),lyoniside(10),3,3′-dimethyl ellagic acid-4-O-α-L-rhamnoside(11),3,3′-O-dimethyl ellagic acid-4-O-β-D-glucoside(12),3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenyl-1-O-β-D-glucoside(13),trans-resveratrol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-6-O-syringoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-(6′-O-galloyl)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 16 are isolated from Semiliquidambar genus for the first time.
