摘要
目的:研究棕榈科棕榈属植物棕榈Trachycarpus fortunei(Hook.)H.Wendl.花蕾中的苯丙素类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、ODS柱层析以及半制备型高效液相等各种色谱技术并结合HPLC-DAD-MS技术,对棕榈花蕾进行系统的追踪分离和纯化;运用现代波谱技术并对纯化的单体化合物进行鉴定。结果:从棕榈花蕾95%的乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定了10个苯丙素类化合物以及一个苯衍生物,分别为:5-O-caffeoylshikimic acid(1)、咖啡酸(2)、咖啡酸甲酯(3)、trans-ferulic acid(4)、trans-isoferulic acid(5)、lcariside H1(6)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(7)、3′,4′,5′-trimethoxycinnamyl alcohol(8)、sinapyl alcohol(9)、反式肉桂酸(10)、香草酸(11)。结论:除化合物2外,所有化合物均为首次从棕榈属植物中分离得到。抗炎活性表明化合物1对脂多糖(LPS)诱导RAW 264.7细胞NO生成具有明显抑制作用。
Objective:To study the phenylpropanoids constituents from the flower bud of Trachycarpus fortunei.Methods:Various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and semi-prepared high performance liquid phase chromatography,combined with HPLC-DAD-MS technology were used to systematic tracking isolated and purified the constituents from the flower bud of Trachycarpus fortunei.The purified monomer compounds were identified by modern spectral techniques.Results:Ten phenylpropanoids and one benzene derivative were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Trachycarpus fortunei flower bud and identified as 5-O-caffeoylshikimic acid(1),caffeic acid(2),methyl caffeate(3),trans-ferulic acid(4),trans-isoferulic acid(5),lcariside H1(6),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(7),3′,4′,5′-trimethoxycinnamyl alcohol(8),sinapyl alcohol(9),trans-cinnamic(10),vanillic acid(11).Conclusion:All compounds except compound 2 are isolated from Trachycarpus genus for the first time.Anti-inflammatory activity results indicate that compound 1 significantly inhibits the production of NO in RAW 264.7 cells induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).
