摘要
目的:对二色波罗蜜根酚类成分进行研究。方法:用80%乙醇回流提取,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取,乙酸乙酯部分经硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和ODS C18柱层析等分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质和现代波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:从二色波罗蜜根中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:拓树黄酮A(1)、山柰酚(2)、松属素(3)、圣草酚(4)、柚皮素(5)、1,3,5-三羟基-2-甲氧基苯(6)、槲皮素(7)、3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(8)、花旗松素(9)、乔松素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、3,5,2′,4′-四羟基查尔酮(12)、没食子酸(13)、儿茶素(14)。结论:其中,化合物2~13为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4~6、8~12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study phenolic constituents from the roots of Artocarpus styracifolius.Methods:The roots from Artocarpus styracifolius were extracted with 80% ethanol for reflux and the extracts were extracted by petroleum ether and ethyl acetate,respectively.The ethyl acetate part was isolated by silica gel chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS C18 column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Artocarpus styracifolius and identified as cudraflavone A(1),kaempferol(2),pinocembrin(3),eriodictyol(4),naringenin(5),1,3,5-trihydroxy-2-methoxyben-zene(6),quercetin(7),3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzoicacid acid(8),taxifolin(9),pinocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(10),naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(11),3,5,2′,4′-tetrahydroxychalcone(12),gallic acid(13),catechin(14).Conclusion:Compounds 2 to 13 are isolated from the plant for the first time.Compounds 4 to 6,8 to 12 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
