摘要
[目的]应用数据挖掘方法分析叶天士治疗呕吐的用药规律。[方法]对《临证指南医案·呕吐》医案处方进行收集、整理,通过Microsoft Office Excel 2019对中药频数、功用、性味、归经进行统计,运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori算法对高频药物进行关联规则分析,运用IBM SPSS Statistics 24对高频药物进行因子分析。[结果]共纳入66首处方,含84味中药。高频药物共18味(频数>6次)。关联规则分析得到4组药对组合及3组三味药组合,因子分析得到公因子共8组。[结论]叶天士提出"泄肝安胃"的概念以治疗呕吐。
[Objective]To analyze the medication rules of Ye Tianshi in treating emesis through data mining.[Methods]The prescriptions for treating emesis in Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record were collected.Microsoft Excel 2019 was adopted for analyzing the frequencies,properties,flavors and meridian tropisms of herbs,the Apriori algorithm provided by IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software and factor analysis was conducted byIBM SPSS Statistics 24 software were used to analyze the high-frequency medicine and core medicine combinations.[Results]The study covering 66 prescriptions and 84 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine.Eighteen kinds of Chinese herbal medicine with high frequency(frequency>6)were discovered.The rules in pair of herbs were 4,and rules in group of herbs were 3 by association analysis.Eight common factors were respectively extracted by factor analysis.[Conclusion]According to Ye Tianshi,the concept of"Discharge liver calming stomach"is put forward to treat emesis.
