摘要
分配正义问题是当前国内学界共同关注的核心论题。近年来,国内学者就"何种分配是正义的?"这一问题展开了激烈的争论。质言之,这场"分配正义之争"的核心是"分配正义原则之争"。分配正义的原则究竟是平等、应得、资格还是需要?学者们就此给出了自己的回答和理由。尽管国内学界的既有研究都相应存在着各自的理论困难,但分配正义无疑是关乎社会正义的最重要的理论和现实问题,对它的进一步深入研究将为我国的社会建构及制度设计提供更多有价值的参考。
The issue of distributive justice is the core topic in domestic academic circles.In recent years,domestic scholars have had a serious argument on what distribution is just.The central issue of this controversy is a debate on the principle of distributive justice.What exactly is the principle of distributive justice?Is it equality,deserve,entitlement or need?Scholars have given their own answers and reasons for this question.The existing theories of distributive justice have some theoretical difficulties,however,distributive justice is the most important theoretical and practical question of social justice.Further research on this issue will provide more valuable reference for the social construction and institution design of our country.
