摘要
目的探讨应用CT诊断腹部创伤的价值,旨在为腹部创伤的治疗提供参考。方法选取本院收治的经手术证实为腹部创伤的患者53例,所有患者均接受螺旋CT检查诊断,以手术结果为金标准,观察应用CT诊断腹部创伤的价值、对各类型的检出率和CT影像表现。结果CT确诊腹部创伤51例,主要以肝损伤为主(39.41%),其次为脾损伤(19.61%),以病理结果证实作为参考,CT的特异性、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为50%、98.04%、98.04%、3.77%。结论应用CT对腹部创伤的诊断价值显著,为临床治疗提供有利参考,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of CT in the diagnosis of abdominal trauma.with the aim of providing references for the treatment of abdominal trauma.Methods Fifty three patients with abdominal traumaconfirmed by surgeries in the Hospital were selected as study subjects.AL patients were diagnosed by spiral CT examinations,the results of surgery were taken as the gold standards.The value of CT utilized to diagnose abdominal trauma,detection rate of each type and features of CT images were observed.Results The abdominal traumas of 51 patients were confirmed via CT,dominated with liver injury(39.41%)and followed by spleen injury(19.61%),Reference pathological results confirmed,and the specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT were 50%,98.04%,98.04%and 3.77%respectively.Conclusion CT applied in the diagnosis of abdominal trauma has significant value.being favorable reference for clinical treatment and worthy of popularization.
