摘要
目的探讨更年期综合征患者激素替代治疗的依从性。方法选择南京邮政医院进行激素替代治疗的更年期综合征患者62例,统计患者的文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭支持、居住地、激素替代疗法认知、医疗费用、不良反应发生情况,分析治疗依从性的影响因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,治疗依从性的主要影响因素为文化程度、家庭支持、居住地、激素替代疗法认知、医疗费用、不良反应。结论更年期综合征患者应用激素替代治疗依从性的影响因素较多,需要根据患者的文化程度、家庭支持、居住地、激素替代疗法认知、医疗费用、不良反应等实施健康宣教以及家庭支持等干预手段,改善治疗依从性。
Objective To analyze the compliance of hormone replacement therapy in patients with menopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 62 patients with menopausal syndrome undergoing hormone replacement therapy in Nanjing Post Hospital were selected.The degree of education,marital status,family support,residence,awareness of hormone replacement therapy,medical cost and adverse reactions of patients were statistically analyzed.The influencing factors of treatment compliance were analyzed.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of treatment compliance were the degree of education,family support,residence,awareness of hormone replacement therapy,medical cost and adverse reactions.Conclusion There are many factors affecting compliance of hormone replacement therapy in patients with menopausal syndrome patients,and health education and family support interventions should be implemented according to their education degree,family support,residence,hormone replacement therapy,medical cost and adverse reactions,etc.,to improve patients’compliance.
