摘要
面对突发公共卫生事件的强制属性给议程设置带来的挑战,应急科普多元主体间如何进行有效的议程设置?聚焦于这一核心困惑,本研究将政府、媒体、团体机构、名人和普通用户视为社交媒体的应急科普主体,使用时间序列和网络分析方法分析了2020年1月至4月第一波COVID-19疫情期间的2000万条微博数据。研究发现可以通过以下途径增强议程设置效果:(1)根据格兰杰因果检验的结果,相比于其他主体,团体机构和名人在应急科普主体间的网络议程设置中发挥了更加重要的作用;(2)信源网络相关性检验显示,通过影响名人进而引导公众关注核心信源有助于对公众进行议程设置;(3)核心议题随着疫情阶段的变化发生变化,对于建议科普类议题的关注集中于疫情暴发期和持续期;(4)议题间存在相互推动作用,可以通过关联议题推动对目标议题的设置。综上,抓住关键时期、发挥团体机构和名人的主体优势、引导公众关注核心信源、用关键议题引导关注目标议题有助于加强社交媒体多元主体间的议程设置。
Faced with the challenges brought by the mandatory nature of public health emergencies to agenda setting,how can the subjects of emergency science popularize effective agenda setting?Focusing on this question,this study regards the government,media,organizations,celebrities and ordinary users as the subjects of emergency popularization of social media,and uses time series and network analysis methods to analyze 20 million Weibo data during the COVID-19 outbreak from January to April,2020.The research found that the agenda setting effect can be enhanced through the following ways:(1)According to the results of Granger Causality Test,compared with other subjects,organizations and celebrities have played a more important role in setting the network agenda among emergency science subjects;(2)The correlation test of the source network shows that it is helpful to set the public’s agenda by influencing celebrities and then guiding the public to pay attention to the core information sources;(3)The core topics change with the stages of the epidemic,and the focus of attention on the recommended popular science topics is during the outbreak period and duration of the epidemic;(4)There is mutual promotion between issues,and the setting of target issues can be promoted through related issues.In all,taking advantage of the main body of organizations and celebrities,guiding the public’s attention to core information sources,seizing the critical period can help improve the agenda setting among the multiple subjects of social media.
