摘要
郑州铁路职业技术学院城市轨道交通运营管理专业围绕现代学徒制人才培养方案,校企共建共享校内外实训基地,实现学校与企业对接、校内实训基地与企业现场对接、专业与产业对接,促成现代学徒制培养方案落地的同时,节约企业员工培训成本,并通过共建共享的成果提升双方影响力,实现校企双赢。
Cultivation plan of urban rail transit operation management major of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College is made surrounding modern apprenticeship.Through building co-construction and sharing training base,the close docking between schools and enterprise,between school field training base and enterprise environment,between profession and industry are realized,which contributed to the touching ground of modern apprenticeship training program.As the result,the cost of enterprise staff training are saved,the influence of both sides are enhanced,a win-win situation between school and enterprise are achieved.
