摘要
对云南高校师范专业建设情况进行梳理分析,发现基于专业认证的高校师范专业建设面临着培养目标的评价机制有待健全,毕业要求指标点分解不够合理,课程设置与评价有待优化,教育实践管理与评价不够完善,质量保障体系有待健全,学业监测作用发挥不够等问题。结合我省专业认证及专业建设实际,提出修订完善培训目标,科学开展合理性评价;厘清毕业要求内涵,健全毕业要求达成评价机制;合理设置课程体系,促进培养目标与毕业要求的达成;强化实践教学,促进“三习”的贯通;完善内外部保障体系,确保持续改进层层落实;强化过程性考核,做好学业监测结果的运用等对策建议。
This paper analyzes the construction of normal majors in Yunnan universities,and finds that the evaluation mechanism of training objectives in the construction of normal majors in universities based on professional certification needs to be improved;The decomposition of graduation requirement index points is not reasonable;Curriculum setting and evaluation need to be optimized;The management and evaluation of educational practice are not perfect;The quality assurance system needs to be improved;For the typical problems such as the insufficient play of the role of academic monitoring,it is proposed to revise and improve the training objectives and carry out scientific and reasonable evaluation;Clarify the understanding and evaluation mechanism of the connotation of graduation requirements;Set up curriculum system reasonably to promote the achievement of training objectives and graduation requirements;Strengthen practical teaching and promote the connection of“three studies”;Improve the internal and external security system to ensure the implementation of continuous improvement at all levels;Strengthen the process assessment,and do a good job of academic evaluation and application.
