摘要
目前对天然黑色素的研究已经成为研究热点。本文介绍不同来源天然黑色素的提取分离方法、生物功能特性及应用研究进展。总结了天然黑色素的研究现状,为天然黑色素未来发展应用奠定基础。
The study of natural melanin has become a research hotspot currently.This paper discussed the research progressof extraction and separation methods,biological functional characteristics and application.The research status of natural melanin was summarized,which laid the foundation for its future development and application.
