摘要
家庭心理环境是影响幼儿情绪能力发展的重要因素,而情绪能力是个体社会化过程中的重要基础。家庭教养方式、父母元情绪理念、家庭氛围、依恋关系等是影响幼儿情绪能力发展的重要心理环境。为促进幼儿情绪能力发展,家庭情绪教育应该坚持知行合一、一致性、示范性、循序善诱等原则。为改善影响幼儿情绪能力发展的家庭心理环境,建议家长转变教养观念和行为、社会面加强父母元情绪理念的干预和指导、家庭创设和谐家庭氛围以及父母提高亲子陪伴质量。
Family psychological environment is an important factor affecting the development of children's emotional ability,and emotional ability is an important basis in the process of individual socialization.Family rearing style,parental meta-emotional concept,family atmosphere and attachment relationship are important family psychological environment that affect the development of children's emotional ability.In order to promote the development of children's emotional ability,family emotional education should adhere to the principles of unity of knowledge and action,consistency,demonstration,and good guidance.In order to improve the family psychological environment which affects the development of children's emotional ability,it puts forward some suggestions,such as parents changing their parenting ideas and behaviors,society strengthening the intervention and guidance of parents'emotional concept,family creating a harmonious family atmosphere,and parents improving the quality of parent-child companionship.
