摘要
新型城镇化使乡村教育和教师的专业发展面临新的机遇与挑战。在新型城镇化背景下,乡村中小学的校本研修活动出现了诸如乡村教师身份认同感迷失、乡村教师压力过大、研修流于形式、研修评价体制单一落后等障碍。为此,结合国家的政策,应充分调动高校、教育行政机构和区域教育资源,通过构建尊师重教的校园文化和村落文化、建立乡村教师合理流动运行机制、拓展多样化的研修模式、建立科学合理的评价体系等现实路径,推进乡村中小学校本研修在新时期健康发展。
New urbanization makes rural education and teachers’professional development face new opportunities and challenges.Under the background of new urbanization,school-based research activities in rural primary and secondary schools have some obstacles,such as the loss of rural teachers’sense of identity,the excessive pressure of rural teachers,the mere form of research and study,and the single and backward research and study evaluation system.To this end,we should combine national policy,fully mobilize the educational resources of colleges and universities,educational administrative organs and regions and promote the healthy development of school-based research and study in rural primary and secondary schools in the new period by constructing the campus culture and village culture that respect teachers and value education,establishing the rational flow operation mechanism of rural teachers,expanding diversified research and study modes,and building a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.
