一位欠发达地区小学英语教研员专业发展的叙事

A Narrative Study of the Professional Development of an English Teaching Researcher of Primary Schools in Undeveloped Areas

摘要 作为工作在欠发达地区的一名教研员,Y有着坚定的教育信念和明晰的专业定位,在长期的自主学习、努力工作中,她能有效接受他人的正面影响,专业发展取得了长足进步。当然,Y的专业发展也还面临一定的困难。要克服这些困难,不仅需要自身的继续努力,也需要得到各方的积极支持。Y教研员的专业发展历程对同类地区的广大教育工作者具有一定的借鉴意义。 As a teaching researcher working in undeveloped areas,Y has a firm belief in education and a clear professional orientation.Through long-term self-directed learning and hard work,she can effectively accept the positive influence of others and has obtained great progress in professional development.However,there are still some difficulties in her professional development.It requires not only her own efforts but also supports from relevant departments to overcome these difficulties.The professional development process of Y has certain reference significance for educators in the similar region.
