摘要
住院医师规范化培训体系中存在的问题制约着医学教育发展。基于我国现状、国内外的研究进展及前期实践经验,制定了临床教师准入标准,涵盖六方面内容的教学质量考核体系,并在教学实践中取得了积极效果。这将促进临床教师整体素质的提高和临床医师的终身学习,有利于推动住院医师规范化培训体系的不断发展。
Problems existing in the current standardized training program affect the development of medical education system.Based on the current situation in China,domestic and international research progress,and our practical experiences,we have established the admission standards for clinical teachers.The evaluation system for teaching qualities covering six aspects,and have achieved positive results in teaching practice.This system will improve the overall quality of the clinical teachers,benefit lifelong learning of clinicians,and promote continuous development of the standardized training program of residents.
