摘要
目的:以临床医生的核心胜任力为导向创建"COX-SOAP"评价法,为临床医学生的实践效果提供评价工具。方法:以本校2016级临床医学专业学生为研究对象,采用"COX-SOAP"评价法进行临床实践教学与评价。结果:"心肺查体"等指标的平均得分较高,"操作"等指标较低,而"主要症状和体征的描述"等指标在三周内有显著提升。结论:"COX-SOAP"评价法可在短期内提升学生的临床思维水平及临床实践能力,省时高效、可行性强、信度高,值得进一步的研究及推广。
Objective:Based on the core competence of clinicians,the"cox-soap"evaluation method is established to provide evaluation tools for clinical medical students.Methods:Taking 2016 clinical medicine students of our university as the research object,"cox-soap"evaluation method was used for clinical practice teaching and evaluation.Results:the average score of"cardiopulmonary physical examination"and other indicators was higher,while the"operation"and other indicators were lower,while the"description of main symptoms and signs"and other indicators were significantly improved within three weeks.Conclusion:"cox-soap"evaluation method can improve students’clinical thinking level and clinical practice ability in a short period of time.It is time-saving,efficient,feasible and reliable.It is worth further research and promotion.
