摘要
首先阐述目前主要3D打印工艺及特点,以及其相比于传统制造业在产品加工成形中的优势,然后介绍3D打印技术在纺织服装制作中材质、加工工艺、个性化定制、颜色4方面的应用状况。以熔融沉积(FDM)打印方式在服装制作中的实践为例,总结三维建模、工艺选择、切片处理、面料拼接4个3D打印服装制作步骤,分析3D打印在服装制衣中的应用方法。最后,展望3D打印技术在未来服饰中的应用前景。
Firstly,it explains the characteristics of main 3D printing technologies and compares the advantages of traditional manufacturing in product processing and molding.It introduces the application of 3D printing in four aspects of garment making:material,processing technology,personalized customization,and color.Secondly,based on practical cases of fused deposition modeling(FDM)printing technology in clothing design,it describes the creative source,three-dimensional modeling,slicing,fabric splicing and other 3D printed clothing production steps,and analyzes the practical application methods of 3D printing in garment making.Finally,it looks forward to the application prospects of 3D printing in future apparel production.
