摘要
药对为中药配伍的基本,是古人医疗实践的智慧结晶;又称“对药”,复方之始,在配伍上,药对具有复方的根本特点。实际上,彝医药有很多具有药对结构与功能特点的复方,从彝族人民长期的生活实践中,总结出一些临床用药经验,但治疗儿科疾病的研究甚少,笔者初步总结出临床用彝药治疗儿科常见疾病的几组药对,为中彝医治疗儿科疾病提供参考,传承民族医药文化。
The medicine pair is the basis of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is the crystallization of the wisdom of the ancients’medical practice.In fact,Yi medicine has many compound prescriptions with the characteristics of drug pair structure and function,and from the long-term life practice of the Yi people,some clear clinical experience in drug use has been summarized,but there are few studies on the treatment of pediatric diseases.The author initially concluded that Several groups of drug pairs clinically used in Yi medicine to treat common pediatric diseases provide a reference for Chinese and Yi medicine to treat pediatric diseases,as well as further inherit the national medical culture.
