摘要
标准化战略在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设中发挥着基础性和引领性作用。文章剖析了美国国际标准化战略的演变过程,分析了基于国家标准战略之下的国际标准化发展现状,总结其发展模式,提出了我国在实施国际标准化战略中如何推进顶层设计、明确战略目标、清晰发展定位、鼓励多方参与、优化路径选择和实现资源保障等方面的对策建议。
Standardization strategy plays a fundamental and leading role in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.This paper analyzes the evolution process of American international standardization strategy,and analyzes the development status of international standardization based on national standardization strategy,then summarizes its development model,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote top-level design,clarify strategic objectives,clear development orientation,encourage multi-participation,optimize path selection and realize resource guarantee in the implementation of international standardization strategy in China.
