摘要
作为"三农"研究的一个焦点,农村集体经济组织有着举足轻重的地位和作用。基于对农村集体经济组织历史逻辑和演化路径的梳理与回顾(1978—2018年),也基于对Z省的经年观察和调研,有别于已有文献大多从法学或经济学角度的阐释路径,文章采用以社会学组织分析为主的跨学科方法对农村集体经济组织变革和发展进行论证,并提出若干可用于后续探讨或辩驳的论点。
As a focus of the research on "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", rural collective economic organizations have a pivotal position and role. Based on the historical logic and evolution path of rural collective economic organization(1978-2018), and the investigations in Z province, while being different from the interpretation path of most existing literature from the perspective of law or economics, this paper adopts an interdisciplinary approach focusing on sociological organization analysis to demonstrate the reform and development of rural collective economic organizations. It also proposes a number of arguments that can be used for follow-up discussions.
