摘要
基金小镇作为汇聚政府风投机构、市场风投机构、创新型企业三者的桥梁与纽带,能有效促进区域经济高质量发展。本文以东沙湖基金小镇为例,深入剖析其特有投融资生态圈模式,重点关注政府风投机构作用,发现在东沙湖基金小镇投融资生态圈中,政府风投机构不仅直接出资小镇入驻机构,缓解其融资难题,还引导市场风投机构聚集,鼓励其联合投资,并且激励已上市被投企业反哺小镇,实现资本良性循环,形成投融资生态圈闭环。本文在总结归纳东沙湖基金小镇投融资生态圈建设经验的基础上,提出若干有关浙江基金小镇深化发展、完善的建议。
As a bridge and link among government venture capital,market venture capital and Innovative Enterprises,fund towns can effectively promote the coordinated development of regional economy and promote the formation of high-quality development of regional economic layout.Taking Sandlake Fund Town as an example,this paper deeply analyzes its unique investment and financing ecosystem model,focusing on the role of government venture capital institutions in the fund town investment and financing ecosystem.We found that in the Sandlake Fund Town investment and financing ecosystem,by setting up state-owned holding companies,the government not only directly contributed funds to the town’s resident institutions to ease their financing difficulties,but also guided the market venture capital institutions gather and encouraged them to make joint investments,and the incentive are listed by the feedback town enterprise,realize the benign circulation,capital formation of investment and financing ecosystem closed loop..On the basis of summing up the experience of the construction of Sandlake Fund Town Investment and financing ecosystem,this paper refines some suggestions on the further development and perfection of Zhejiang Fund Town.
