摘要
在共建共享理念的指导下,以“五社联动”模式在肿瘤医院场域的应用为研究对象,以湖北省肿瘤医院为例,运用社会工作的专业知识与方法,对“社区+医务社工+社区志愿者+社区社会组织+社区慈善资源”的“五社联动”模式在医院场域的应用进行探索,考察医务社工在全方位、全周期保障患者住院前、中、后三阶段全人健康模式中的定位及作用。通过在医疗服务场域运用多元主体的合作、制度的耦合以及系统环境的协同,“五社联动”模式的应用可以提升患者的就医体验、改善医患关系、满足患者多维需求、推进全社会参与和实现全民健康。
Taking Hubei Cancer Hospital as an example,this article introduces the“Alliance of Five Agencies”model(community+medical social workers+community volunteers+community social organizations+community charitable resources)under the guidance of the concept of coconstruction and sharing,and explores its application in cancer hospitals by using professional knowledge and methods of social work.Meanwhile,the roles played by medical social workers were examined in all-round and full-cycle protection of patients across three stages:before,during and after hospitalization.By using the cooperation of multiple subjects,the coupling of systems and the coordination of the system environment in the medical service field,the“Alliance of Five Agencies”model can enhance the medical experiece of patients,improve the patient-doctor relationship,meet the multi-dimensional needs of patients,promote the participation of the whole society and achieve the health for all.
