摘要
目的:比较Florida探针系统和普通william探针在牙周临床教学中对硕士研究生牙周临床探诊教学效果的影响,探讨提高牙周临床教学效果的有效途径。方法:通过牙周探诊教学设计,从理论知识考核、接诊前培训及牙周探针测量三方面比较Florida探针系统和普通william牙周探针在临床牙周探诊教学中对硕士研究生牙周临床教学效果的影响。结果:Florida探针系统更有助于提高学生牙周临床操作的规范性、准确性和工作效率,加深对牙周病相关知识点理解和掌握,培养临床思维。结论:两种牙周探针应用比较,Florida探针系统可作为牙周临床探诊教学的有效工具之一,有助于提升研究生牙周探诊临床教学效果。
Objective:To compare the teaching effects of the Florida probe system and William probe in periodontal clinical teaching and to evaluate the training results of this two probes.Methods:Two probes of the Florida probe system and William probe were used to evaluate the teaching effects of periodontal probing in postgraduate students through basic theories test,preclinical training and periodontal detection aspects.Results:It showed that the Florida probe system was more conducive to improve the standardization,efficiency and accuracy of clinical periodontal procedure for students,to increase the understanding of periodontal disease and its related knowledge and to develop their clinical thinking.Conclusion:This study suggests that the Florida probe system is more useful for postgraduate student periodontal clinical training as a teaching tool to improve the periodontal teaching effect.
