摘要
目的在手术室开展手术器械的存放和维护管理可降低手术室误计数和故障的风险。为强化手术室器械设备管理,本研究评估了TPM管理模式在手术室器械设备管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月-2021年2月在骨科行手术治疗的患者217例为对照组,在手术室器械设备管理中施行传统的设备管理模式;选取2021年3月-2022年2月在骨科行手术治疗的患者226例为干预组,在手术室器械设备管理中施行基于TPM管理系统的设备管理模式;比较两组管理方式的准备术中设备所需时间、护士对医疗器械设备的使用考核情况、器械设备故障发生率及器械设备维修费用情况。结果干预组准备术中器械设备所需时间短于对照组(P<0.001),且护士对医疗器械设备的使用考核情况显著高于对照组(P<0.001);干预组的器械设备故障发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.001),器械设备维修费用低于对照组。结论TPM管理模式应用于手术室器械设备管理中,可显著提升护士在术前准备及术中使用的正确率,同时在日常维护中更具有实用性,有效降低了器械设备故障发生率及维修费用,值得在临床进行推广。
Objective Storage and maintenance management of surgical instruments can reduce risks of miscounting and malfunctions in operating room.To strengthen management of operating room equipments,the study evaluated application effect of TPM management mode for equipment management in operating room.Methods The paper chose 217 patients with surgical treatment in orthopedics department from March 2020 to February 2021 as control group,with traditional equipment management mode in operating room for equipment management;and 226 patients with surgical treatment in orthopedics department from March 2021 to February 2022 as intervention group,with device management model based on TPM management system for equipment management in operating room.Preparing time for intraoperative equipment,medical equipment application evaluation of nurses,incidence of equipment failures,and equipment maintenance cost was compared between two management methods.Results Preparation time for intraoperative equipment in intervention group was shorter than control group(P<0.001),and medical equipment evaluation of nurses was significantly higher than control group(P<0.001).Incidence of equipment failures in intervention group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.001),and equipment maintenance cost was lower than control group.Conclusion TPM management mode can improve accuracy of nurses in preoperative preparation and intraoperative use in management of operating room instruments and equipments significantly.At the same time,it is practical in daily maintenance,can reduce incidence of equipment failures and maintenance costs effectively,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
