摘要
目的研究热毒宁联合阿昔洛韦治疗EB病毒感染引起的传染性单核细胞增多症的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月-2021年7月宿迁医院儿科收诊的EB病毒感染引起的传染性单核细胞增多症患儿120例作为研究对象,随机分作对照组(60例)与观察组(60例),对照组选择药物阿昔洛韦抗病毒,观察组联用阿昔洛韦、热毒宁抗病毒,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),同时患儿疾病症状好转及住院总时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿未用药治疗前测定肝功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿肝功能指标均呈现下降趋势,肾功能两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时观察组患者治疗后CRP测定结果高于对照组,PCT低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿用药期间发生腹泻、呕吐、血小板减少等不良反应总概率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗传染性单核细胞增多症(EB病毒感染)疾病可在基础抗病毒用药方案的基础上联合应用中成药热毒宁,可有效缩短住院时间,改善临床症状,同时不增加肝肾损害的发生率,不增加药物不良反应的发生率,提倡运用推广。
Objective To study clinical effect of Reduning combined with acyclovir in treatment of infectious mononucleosis caused by EB virus infection.Methods The paper chose 120 children with infectious mononucleosis caused by EB virus infection admitted to pediatric department of Suqian Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 as study objects,and divided them into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)randomly at admission.Control group was treated with the drug acyclovir for antiviral treatment,while observation group with acyclovir and reduning for antiviral treatment.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results After treatment,total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),symptoms improvement and total length of stay was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Detection results of liver and kidney function of children showed no difference in liver and kidney damage(P<0.05).At the same time,CRP measurement results of observation group after treatment were higher than control group,and PCT was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions including diarrhea,vomiting,and thrombocytopenia between two groups during the medication period(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese patent medicine Reduning combined basic antiviral drug scheme can shorten length of stay effectively,improve clinical symptoms,with no increase of incidence of liver and kidney damage,no increase of incidence of adverse drug reactions in clinical treatment of infectious mononucleosis(EB virus infection)disease,which is worthy of application and promotion.
