摘要
目的围绕原发性痛经(寒凝血瘀型)患者,采用埋线配合中药方法施治,评定其疗效。方法基于特定时间(2020年1月-2021年12月)、地点(本院)与对象(寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者),选取60例患者,将其分成2组(所用方法为随机数字表法,每组皆为30例)。对照组单纯采取中药(少腹逐淤汤)治疗;观察组以此为基础,加用埋线治疗。就两组痛经症状积分进行比较,并评定两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后痛经症状积分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论针对原发性痛经(寒凝血瘀型)患者,采用埋线配合中药少腹逐淤汤施治,效果理想,能显著改善其症状,综合效能突出。
Objective To evaluate curative effect of sunk cord combined with traditional Chinese medicine on patients with primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation stasis type).Methods Based on a specific period of time(from January 2020 to December 2021),location(our hospital),and subjects(patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type),the paper divided 60 patients into two groups(with random number table method,with 30 cases in each group).Control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine only(lateral lower abdomen blood stasis removal decotion),while observation group with sunk cord therapy.Symptom scores between two groups were compared,clinical effect was evaluated between two groups.Results Scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms in observation group after treatment were lower than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group(96.67%)was higher than control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Sunk cord combined with traditional Chinese medicine lateral lower abdomen blood stasis removal decotion can achieve ideal effect for patients with primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis type),can improve their symptoms significantly,with outstanding comprehensive effect.
