摘要
目的评价脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者应用神经肌肉电刺激联合吞咽训练的有效性。方法选取医院2021年5月-2022年5月接诊的脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者86例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组采取常规吞咽训练治疗,观察组采用神经肌肉电刺激联合吞咽训练治疗,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应(感染、误吸、营养不良)发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预4周后的SSA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预4周后的SWALQOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者在吞咽训练的基础上采取神经肌肉电刺激治疗的效果显著,能改善患者的吞咽情况,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To evaluate effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing training for patients with swallowing disorders after cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with swallowing disorders after cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 as study objects,and divided them into control group and observation group based on random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine swallowing training treatment,while observation group with neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing training treatment.Intervention effect between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group(97.67%)was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions(infection,aspiration,malnutrition)in observation group(4.65%)was lower than control group(P<0.05).SSA scores(21.02±2.31)of observation group after 4 weeks of intervention were lower than control group(P<0.05).SWAL-QOL scores(179.65±15.48)of observation group after 4 weeks of intervention were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy can achieve significant effect for patients with swallowing disorders after cerebral infarction on the basis of swallowing training,can improve swallowing situation,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
