摘要
目的观察不稳定心绞痛患者应用综合护理管理对临床症状的效果。方法选取2019年2月-2020年2月收治的66例不稳定心绞痛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、实验组,各33例,对应实施常规护理、综合护理管理,对比效果。结果干预后,SAQ评分均升高,与对照组对比,实验组更高(P<0.05)。与对照组患者及家属满意度87.88%对比,实验组更高(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量评分均提高,实验组较对照组更高(P<0.05);干预前两组AP发作频率及时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组AP每周发作频率、每次发作时间较治疗前低,且实验组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原各项数据对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原较干预前低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不稳定心绞痛患者应用综合护理管理可有效缓解临床症状,提高患者及家属满意度。
Objective To observe effect of comprehensive nursing management on clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods The paper chose 66 patients with unstable angina pectoris from February 2019 to February 2020 and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 33 cases in each group,with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing management correspondingly.Effect was compared between groups.Results After intervention,SAQ scores were increased for two groups,those of experimental group were higher than control group,(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of patients and their families in experimental group was higher than control group(87.88%),(P<0.05).After intervention,life quality scores of two groups were improved,those of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05),frequency and time of AP attacks showed no significant difference between two groups before intervention,(P>0.05).After intervention,frequency and time of AP attack of two groups was lower than before treatment,that of experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistical difference in blood viscosity(high shear,low shear),plasma viscosity and fibrinogen between two groups,(P>0.05).After intervention,whole blood viscosity(high shear,low shear),plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of two groups were lower than before intervention,that of observation group was lower than control group,with statistically significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive Nursing management can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and improve satisfaction degree of unstable angina pectoris patients and their families.
