摘要
目的探讨对癌性贫血患者应用促红细胞生成素、蔗糖铁治疗的临床效果。方法抽取2018年1月-2020年9月泗洪县分金亭医院有限公司46例患者,依据随机数字表法分组,对照组患者应用促红细胞生成素治疗,观察组患者合用促红细胞生成素、蔗糖铁治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后生活质量以及HGB、HCT、RBC水平的变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.65%,对照组82.61%(P<0.05);两组治疗前HGB、HCT、RBC水平较低(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的HGB、HCT、RBC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前KPS评分较低(P>0.05),治疗后观察组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组SF、TSAT对比差异较小(P>0.05),治疗后SF、TSAT观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应率观察组、对照组分别为13.04%、17.39%(P<0.05)。结论对于癌性贫血患者联合应用促红细胞生成素以及蔗糖铁治疗的临床效果满意,可有效改善患者的贫血状况并可提升生活质量。
Objective To explore clinical effect of erythropoietin and sucrose iron in treatment of cancer anemia.Methods The paper chose 46 patients in Sihong fenjinting hospital Co.,Ltd.from January 2018 to September 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group were treated with erythropoietin,and observation group with erythropoietin and sucrose iron.Total effective rate of treatment,life quality before and after treatment,changes of HGB,HCT and RBC levels were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate was 95.65%in observation group and 82.61%in control group(P<0.05);levels of HGB,HCT and RBC in two groups were lower before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of HGB,HCT and RBC in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);KPS scores of two groups before treatment were lower(P>0.05),KPS scores of observation group after treatment were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,difference of SF and TSAT between two groups was small(P>0.05).After treatment,SF and TSAT in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);adverse reaction rates of observation group and control group was 13.04%and 17.39%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Erythropoietin combined with iron sucrose can achieve satisfactory clinical effect in treatment of cancer anemia,can improve anemia status and life quality of patients effectively.
