摘要
目的观察经尿道前列腺等离子切除术与钬激光剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效和安全性。方法选取2021年5月-2022年5月以来本院收治的60例良性前列腺增生患者为受试对象,依照手术方法差异,等比例划分为观察组及对照组,就两组治疗结果进行对比分析。结果观察组和对照组在临床疗效和并发症发生率上,数值为96.67%(29/30)和73.33%(22/30)、3.33%(1/30)和26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在平均手术时间、术中出血量上数值显著优于对照组,分别为(120.8±1.2)min和(450.2±1.3)min、(51.9±29.2)mL和(150.8±29.1)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在IPSS评分、QOL评分上显著优于对照组,分别为(64.62±3.25)分和(43.29±2.08)分、(11.59±1.43)分和(11.60±1.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钬激光剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效确切,比之经尿道前列腺等离子切除术具有更高的安全性,同时对改善患者手术指标、预后效果突出,值得临床大力推广实施。
Objective To observe curative effect and safety of transurethral plasma prostatectomy and holmium laser enucleation in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 as subjects,and divided them into control group and treatment group according to difference of surgical methods.Result between two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Clinical effect and complication rate of observation group and control group was 96.67%(29/30)and 73.33%(22/30),3.33%(1/30)and 26.67%(8/30)respectively.Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Average operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of observation group was significantly better than control group,which were(120.8±1.2)min and(450.2±1.3)min,(51.9±29.2)ml and(150.8±29.1)ml respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).IPSS and QOL scores of observation group were significantly better than control group,which were(64.62±3.25)points and(43.29±2.08)points,(11.59±1.43)points and(11.60±1.38)points respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser enucleation is effective in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,with higher safety than transurethral plasma prostatectomy.Meanwhile,it has prominent effect on improving surgical indicators and prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
