摘要
目的总结1例腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术后并发支架感染和内漏患者行人工血管置换术的护理经验。方法回顾性分析2020年9月广东省人民医院普外四科收治的1例腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术后并发支架感染和内漏行人工血管置换术患者的临床资料,探讨其围手术期护理。结果根据病情提供相应的护理措施,该患者行人工血管置换术后恢复良好,康复出院。结论通过对患者术前术后提供全面精心个性化的护理,保证手术成功,预防并发症的发生,促进患者病情康复,其护理经验可供借鉴。
Objective The nursing experience of 1 patient with abdominal aortic aneurysm followed by endograft infection and endoleak after endovascular graft exclusion treated with artificial vascular replacement was summarized.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of a patient with abdominal aortic aneurysm followed by endograft infection and endoleak after endovascular graft exclusion treated with artificial vascular replacement in Fourth Department of General Surgery,Guangdong People’s Hospital on September 2020 was conducted to explore the perioperative care.Results Providing the corresponding care measures according to the condition,the patient recovered well after artificial vascular replacement and was discharged from hospital.Conclusion By providing comprehensive,careful and personalized care for the patient during perioperative period,to ensure the success of the operation,to prevent the occurrence of complications,and to promote the recovery of the patient’s condition,the nursing experience can be used for reference.
